In toinar, Block District Bijapur there is a lack of basic facilities like education and public health.
Raju kudiyam (35) told us that his brother was held captive for 22 days and later viciously killed by naxals.
He is currently working as a sub constable and receiving minimal salary of fifteen thousand.
He is father of four childrens and he didn't have any ration card neither is bpl cardholder because he is in government job and he isn't eligible for the card.
Despite several government policies for the family of victims who were killed by naxals He didn't received any funds neither any fellowships for his kids nor any job.
Until 2000, Chhattisgarh was part of Madhya Pradesh state in central India. The area that became Chhattisgarh is heavily forested, and home to some of India's indigenous tribal groups.
His brother was killed in 2010 after passing judgement in jan adaalat that Maoist hold in their locality and falsifying that he is a informant of the crpf.
Later on kudiyam said us that he was captured by the naxals too but some of the Maoists were from his village by their help he successfully escaped away and then he decided to join special Police force in bijapur but now he is being transferred back to his village and he spend his free time in home in order to protect himself.
Currently his situation is fair to middling
He can't afford quality education for his children, good appetite for his family and living in conditions of poverty.
